I had a mixed experience with The Vapor Spot. On one hand, their product selection is impressive, but on the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I received a defective item and it took a while to get a replacement. However, once I contacted their support team, they resolved the issue satisfactorily. Overall, a decent company, but they could work on their customer service.
