I recently used Kion for my business needs and I must say, their service was average. While they were competent in delivering what was promised, I felt that there was nothing exceptional about their performance. The website was easy to navigate and they provided all the necessary information, but I expected more from a company of their caliber. Overall, I would rate my experience with Kion as average.
