I have been a customer of Houston Communications, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The call quality is decent most of the time, but there have been instances where I experienced dropped calls. The internet speed is also just okay, not the fastest but it gets the job done. Overall, I would say that Houston Communications, Inc. provides a satisfactory service.
