I recently worked with a real estate agency to buy a new home. The experience was overall positive and I was satisfied with the service provided. However, I found the process to be a bit lengthy and there were a few communication issues along the way. Despite these minor setbacks, I ultimately found a great home that suits my needs. I would recommend the agency to others, but suggest they improve their communication and streamline the process.
