I had an overall average experience with Specialised joinery supplies. The quality of their products was satisfactory and the prices were reasonable. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff members were not very helpful and it took a long time for them to respond to my queries. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the effort they put into delivering the products on time.
