Review of Ace Hotel - New York City

A nice well positioned hotel with clean facilities...

A nice well positioned hotel with clean facilities and a nice bar foyer area.
The rooms are small but clean, not much hanging space for clothes.
Amazing coffee shop incorporated at the front of the hotel.
Staff are pleasant and friendly.
Normal wait for 10 days for NY hotels to refund the $200 deposit, not unique to this hotel. My major gripe with NY hotels!!
