CUSTOMER: I had a mixed experience with Soto Gilbert W. The service was average at best. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The website is easy to navigate and provides helpful information. However, the response time was slow, and there were some issues with billing. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
