I was initially very open minded about this place ...

I was initially very open minded about this place despite the negative reviews, but over the course of our experience with them, I came to find them unhelpful at best and incredibly damaging at worst. I could say much more but I don't want to relive all of the horrible moments in our lives that were directly attributable to this horrible business. My advice would be to strongly consider any alternatives you may have. Happy to share more privately with any individuals who want more information.
