I have been using Store-a-box for quite some time ...

I have been using Store-a-box for quite some time now, and I have to say, their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the prices are reasonable. However, I have had a couple of issues with their customer support. On one occasion, I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my query. Overall, it's not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service.
