I really wish I had something positive to say here...

I really wish I had something positive to say here as I don t like leaving bad reviews, especially during times like this. My experience here was not ideal to say the least. I found their selection to be lacking and all the dresses looked the same. They don t cater to a wide variety of styles in my opinion. The real issue I had was with the actual appointment and the consultant I worked with. I am not a sample size at all, size 14, but I felt like a stuffed sausage in the majority of their gowns. She did a terrible job of getting me into gowns and had no idea what she was doing. I understand that sample sizes are small, but aren t you supposed to be trained to work with brides of all shapes and sizes? She made me feel so uncomfortable and self conscious during what should be a memorable experience. She kept pushing me towards gowns I didn t like and could tell she was just frustrated overall. At one point I asked her to clear the room of gowns I didn t like as it got crowded and overwhelming, and she didn t. If you are looking for a high quality gown with service to match, I d look elsewhere
