Krust s.r.o's products are of average quality, and their customer service needs improvement. I purchased a helmet from their website, but it arrived with some minor damage. The helmet itself is okay, but I expected better considering the price I paid. The customer service representatives were not very helpful or friendly when I contacted them regarding the issue. Overall, a mediocre experience.
