Tower is great, but customer service is infuriatin...

Tower is great, but customer service is infuriating. We are a small company trying to erect a tower by ourselves, Wade Antenna will not supply the base dimensions needed for the tower we bought, instead of giving us information they recommended we contact a different company to install it for us. How does a Manufacturer NOT provide the specifications needed for their own product? Infuriating, this is basically like buying a car without knowing how to drive.
