Review of Burke

My wife and I had a great experience with The Burke Company. I will preface this review by stating that I work in the construction industry, specifically residential construction, so I am no stranger to some of the headaches and pitfalls that inevitably arise during residential construction projects.

From the beginning working with Jason and the team at the Burke Company was very professional and punctual. We had evaluated a number of general contractors before we had The Burke Company come out and give a quote and The Burke Company provided written estimates in a timely manner. Their pricing was also reasonable.

Once construction began, we had regular updates from Jason or other members of The Burke Company. We were never left in the dark or left wondering what part of the construction process would be happening next, or when. I also got the impression that The Burke Company has great relationships with their contractors. Once one trade was finished, the next trade would come in immediately after to complete their work. If certain trades needed to come back out to perform punch-outs, that work was also completed quickly. Again, speaking as someone that works in the industry, finding contractors that are reliable and trustworthy is challenging. The contractors that The Burke Company uses were great.
Overall, the process was very smooth and painless. My wife even exclaimed that "The project turned out better than she expected." In construction, if you have a client that says something like that after you have completed a project, you're definitely doing something right.

We would recommend The Burke Company in a heartbeat. We have a guest bath that we want to redo and will definitely be reaching out to The Burke Company if we ever make the decision to do it.

For reference: Our project included a small addition that re-did the master suite and added a utility room. So we did it all...foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC...the whole 9-yards.
