I have been a resident of Forest Heights Homeowner...

I have been a resident of Forest Heights Homeowners Associations for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The community is well-maintained and the amenities are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. Some of the rules and regulations can be quite strict and the HOA board can be hard to work with at times. Overall, I would rate my experience with Forest Heights Homeowners Associations as average.
