The staff is unprofessional and lack communication. I wouldn t recommend this place if you have a choice then go elsewhere. No one answers the phone and even if you finally get someone the on the line it s a waste of time. They don t want to help. I ve called once and one of the staff answered the phone yawning and spoke with an attitude as if I woke her up from a nap while on the job. I understand this is covid time but their unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. They ll make over the phone appointment and no one will actually call you. This happened multiple times. Why even make an appt? Isn t that the purpose of an appointment because it s SCHEDULED so there s no reason to miss it. If there is then a staff from the front desk should call to reschedule with the patient. Sadly some people don t have a choice but to go here. I would not recommend unless you enjoy long waits on the phone, poor communication, and waiting for a SCHEDULED phone call that will never come.
