Aerialforce is an average company. They provided decent service but there is definitely room for improvement. The technician arrived on time and fixed the problem with my TV reception. However, the overall customer service experience was lacking. They were not very friendly or approachable. I would recommend Aerialforce if you are looking for an average service.
