My recent experience at a hotel in Punta Cana was rather disappointing. The overall stay was below average, with several issues that need improvement. The room cleanliness was not up to par, and there were maintenance issues that were not promptly addressed. The staff was not very responsive and seemed overwhelmed. Although the location was beautiful, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
