I had a mixed experience with Click comm. Some aspects of their service were good, but others were a bit lacking. The website design they provided was average, and it took longer than I expected for them to complete the project. However, their customer support was great, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I would rate them as average.
