Went to try to finance a Camry, after reviewing the flash drive you are given instead of actual paper work we noticed there was over $3,000 in additional fees the were hidden in the ads fine print. They put your paperwork on a flash drive now so you can t read what you just signed as you walk out. Financing rep will sneak in services you didn't ask for and without disclosing so be very careful what you sign because you won't be able to review it until you get home. Horrible experience overall. Will never come back even being a repeat customer and would not ever recommend to any friends or relatives.

Finance rep had to re-do our contract 3 times because he wouldn t take no for an answer and kept putting in Services we didn t want or need. He is much too aggressive and made the entire experience so unpleasant.

He ended up using two different banks so I hope we won t get billed by the two banks.
