I really enjoyed the herbalism program at the Appalachian School of Holistic Herbalism. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and the curriculum covered a wide range of herbal topics. The hands-on experiences and field trips added depth to the learning process. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
