I recently had my kitchen countertop replaced by this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. The installation team was punctual and completed the job efficiently. However, I felt that the quality of the granite used could have been better. The color and texture were slightly off compared to what was shown on the website. Additionally, the customer service could have been more responsive and attentive to my concerns. The pricing was reasonable, but not exceptional. On the plus side, the warranty offered gives me some peace of mind. While I appreciate the effort put into the installation, there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service. I would consider exploring other options before choosing this company again.
