I've been a loyal customer of H&a for several years now, and I have to say that their service has always been average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer support could be better. I've had a few issues with my orders in the past, and it always took a bit longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
