I recently used an online platform to publish my research paper through its website. The process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found the communication with the editorial team to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive feedback on my submission, and there were some delays in the publication process as well. The final published version of my paper did not fully meet my expectations, as there were a few formatting issues that were not addressed. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciate the opportunity to share my research, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and quality control.
