A shame, a scandal. I had a car accident in Brussels 2 and a half weeks ago (I come from France). The car has been in the garage for 2 weeks already, and NO NEWS from the expert (not in the garage, the latter has no information either, my insurance either ....)
We have assured the insurance company and myself that this will be quick. Apparently, their definition of fast is the same as us when we say it's long.
A SHAME FOR PROFESSIONALS!
