I recently hired a floor cleaning service from this company, and while the job was completed, I found the overall experience to be just average. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial communication was smooth. However, I did have some difficulty in getting a timely response when I had follow-up questions. The actual cleaning service was satisfactory, but I noticed a few areas that were missed. The technicians were polite and professional, but the attention to detail could have been better. Overall, my experience with this company was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and quality of service.
