I recently utilized a mailing service and was quite satisfied with the experience. The delivery was prompt and hassle-free. However, I felt that the communication could be improved. I didn't receive any updates about the status of my shipment, which made me a bit anxious. Apart from that, everything else was fine and met my expectations. I would consider using their services again.
