We bought table, chairs and buffet about 20 years ...

We bought table, chairs and buffet about 20 years ago and there were a few small chips on the chairs (from grandkids/cat.) Wrote Canadel, Inc. if they had a small amount of stain for us to buy. Elizabeth wrote back several times and she asked for a picture so they could match the blue. Very shortly after, we received a marker touch up pen in the exact color. We didn't have to use any filler--just the touchup marker. It's perfect and the chairs look like new. They didn't even charge us for marker or mailing it to the states from Canada! They certainly back up their product and Elizabeth, on behalf of Canadel, really was very helpful.
