We went in to buy a car on a Saturday. We knew the one we wanted but they wouldn t even let us see it. They kept saying work needed to be done on it. They kept stalling and finally said that since it was late in the day on a Saturday banks were all closed and they d get back with us on Monday. On Monday our sales guy told us he still didn t know anything because someone else wasn t there that was a decision making person and he also said that he, himself had the next day, Tuesday, off so we d hear from him on Wednesday. Wednesday my husband took off work to sign ppwk down there and we still hadn t even seen the vehicle! They said people were still working on it. We were sure we d be taking it home the next day, Thursday. Well Thursday came and went and apparently someone else had that day off who was supposed to be working on the vehicle. On Friday I called and told them I believed we were getting a run around and I wanted to know what the heck was going on! Finally Friday afternoon they said it was ready. I had to go down by myself because my husband couldn t take any more time off work. I was quickly shown all the important things about the vehicle. After I got it home, I noticed there were a couple little cuts on the passenger side leather door. The sales guy sat there the whole time with his arm resting on the door so I never noticed while I was there. When I got home I also noticed it did not come with a owner s manual or a spare tire...shady. Also, in the UConnect presets it seems as though some immature people were goofing around and the entire thing is filled up with devices that I cannot clear out. (Maybe I could figure it out with an owner s manual but as I stated before there isn t one.) Apparently they named one of the devices COCK ... real cute. So now I have to say that to get it to clear it.

The whole experience was just annoying and unprofessional from the beginning and I would not recommend them to anyone. When we called our insurance agent to switch vehicles he asked where we got it from and when we told him he chuckled and said he also was just down there recently and also had a ridiculous experience and turned around and walked out. I also noticed on your Facebook page that your rating is currently a 3.6 which I think is actually lower than what it was a month ago when we shopped there. I wish I would have checked the reviews before we went through all the headaches there. Hopefully things start to change there!
