I have high expectations of someone helping me with a large purchase.
I can be difficult when expectations aren't met. Maria Poisall, our agent, went above and beyond my expectations of her! She is exceptionally skilled at remembering that she is the expert. I may not know what I don't know and may not know what questions to ask or understand the answers in any given situation of a real estate transaction. Maria was pleasant, professional and patient in the process without being condescending! I can't adequately express the gratitude I have for her service!
