Horrible customer service. Nobody ever picks up the phone and they don't return voicemails. They are quick to promise to "call back" and "talk to their supervisor" and no issues ever get solved because when you call back, you can't get a live person on the phone. Emails are just being ignored. I have never dealt with a Silicon Valley company with such awful customer service. I have cancelled my contract once over the phone and twice in writing and they are still charging me $320 per month for a service I don't use. I will have to change credit cards to get rid of these people.
