I had an average experience with WHOLESALE FLOORING DIRECT LLC. The staff was friendly, but the overall customer service could have been better. The selection of flooring options was good, but the prices were not as competitive as I had hoped. The installation team did a decent job, but there were a few small issues that could have been avoided. Overall, it was an average experience.
