I have been a customer of Sermant for a couple of years now and I must say that the experience has been average. The products are decent and the customer service is not bad either. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The website could use some enhancements to make it more user-friendly and the shipping process could be smoother. Overall, an average experience with room for growth.
