I worked with both Matt J. and Chris L. while I was contracted through Palmer Group to John Deere as a Quality Engineer and they kept working for me after my contract ended at Deere (low business equaled layoffs). They were both very helpful and never quit looking for positions that fit me. I have to admit I was picky when it came to location, salary and the job itself, but they never gave up and never got frustrated with me turning down opportunities. They brought me a couple very solid opportunities recently and I'll have a hard time deciding which one to accept (pending formal offers).

When it came time for interviews, I was given insight into how to tailor my answers to be as effective as possible and I had an advantage over other candidates because I knew which strengths to promote the most. And when available, I was met at the location for the interview to make sure that I got in contact with the correct people, making for a seamless introduction.

Keep up the good work. It's been a pleasure working with the Engineering/Manufacturing team. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend to Palmer Group.
