I had a mixed experience with Pet Booking Brasil. While the customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly, the facilities were not up to my expectations. The pet hotel seemed overcrowded, and my dog didn't seem to be happy there. I would recommend Pet Booking Brasil for their customer service, but not necessarily for the facilities.
