My recent experience with Ecobox Containers was okay. The containers served their purpose well, but there were a few minor hiccups along the way. One of the containers had a small crack, which didn't affect the functionality but was still disappointing. Additionally, the communication could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the delivery and pick-up. Overall, it was an average experience, but improvements are needed in terms of quality control and communication.
