Contacted Straighset after reading reviews on line hoping for the same experience as others, to get my ramp serviced and rectify a small fault.
The engineer attended and within 15 minutes seemed to have rectified the fault of the ramp going down slowly.
However , this came at the cost of the ramp now not going flat to the the floor to allow vehicles on to the ramp..... the main function of a ramp.
The engineer left leaving the ramp with a fault I never had before.

If you value your business , DO NOT use this company.
I think customer service is severely lacking at this company and that small businesses are not important to them.
