Barb is the best trainer I've ever had, hands down. Practicing pilates with her regularly has completely transformed me and eradicated my once daily back pain from working for years at a desk job. She understands anatomy and physiology on deeper level than the doctors I've seen for pain management. If you have any sort of chronic problem that causes you pain or discomfort, even if you've had it for a long time, she'll identify its root cause and help you transform your body. Private sessions are totally worth it.
