I've been a customer of Torrid technologies for a few years now and I have to say, they are pretty average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've had a few issues with my orders and trying to get in touch with their support team has been a frustrating experience. Overall, I would rate them as average.
