If 0 stars were an option, I would have chosen that. As a type 1 Diabetic, Health EZ has the worst coverage I ve ever had the displeasure of paying for. I m educated in Healthcare Economics and understand insurance. The bills from Health EZ do not add up. I called 7 times for a total of over 4 hours on the phone and always got specialists who had no idea why was going on and had no decision making power. Every time they promised a follow, it never happened, in any way shape or form. They also tried to raise healthcare premiums by 43% for the company I worked for from 2019 to the 2020 insurance period. Based on my experience, I would say Health EZ s priorities include ambiguity, lack of follow up, and a terrible consumer experience. Avoid at all costs!!
