I have been a customer of Bakrie Telecom for the past two years and I must say that their services are average. The connectivity is fine most of the time, but there are occasional outages and slow speeds. The customer support is responsive, but not always able to solve the issues quickly. Overall, I would say that Bakrie Telecom is an okay choice for a telecom provider.
