This ER is by far the worst I have ever encountere...

This ER is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I brought my son in to get him help. First was given a room to isolate him because he has severe anger issues to the point he assaults people. A couple hours later we get told there are people that are way sicker and got moved to the hallway. A nurse said well your free to leave. We waited and got to discuss some options that are the same no solution set as always (Prarieview/KVC). You might want to update mental health resources. What kind of "healthcare professional" says your free to leave in the most snottiest of ways. Customer service is a basic that you have to have along with compassion. If you cant do that then healthcare is not a field for you. I can see why people rate you so low based upon the above statement. Now getting back to my son what is it going to take to get help for him? We tell the medical professionals he needs help, we tell the cops the same things and get nothing but the runaround. My fiance came up to the ER and picked us up. The same snotty nurse said we needed sign a paper refusing service. We are not signing nothing for what substandard service? I asked her and whoever her charge is what is it going to take? how many people need to be assaulted ? this is unacceptable on any level. I want answers not from the charge but from the patient advocate, hospital board or the CEO.
