As a customer of Windstorm Productions INC, I must say I had a mixed experience. While their website variety-playhouse.com is well-designed and user-friendly, their customer support left much to be desired. It took days for them to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. They need to improve their responsiveness and communication.
