I had a mixed experience with Ege Plantek Çiçekçilik. While the plants I bought were of good quality, the customer service was lacking. It took them longer than expected to process my order and there was a mistake with one of the items. However, they promptly resolved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciate their effort in making things right.
