human ethic committees need to come after them. ac...

human ethic committees need to come after them. activated online but it didn't work so a guy came and turned off our water while we were home. refused to turn it back on after we finally got through a 20 minute hold for customer service to reactivate. have to live without water for the day and tomorrow.
