If I could give this dealership zero stars I would...

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Customer service is not up to partner, service personnel ignore you. What's worse is I took my car in for a major tune up. I was planning on a long road trip and took my vehicle in for proper maintenance before hand. They said I needed a new timing belt and my spark plugs changed. Well guess what? Car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Ended up being rescued by a sheriff. Had to get my car towed to the nearest auto maintenance. Turns out my sparks plugs were messed up and looked like they were never changed! I will never return again oh on top of that they always forget my car wash even when I request it easy time! Very unprofessional!
