As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Covington-Wilson, INC provides an average level of service. Although they are not outstanding, they are also not terrible. Their communication could be improved, as sometimes it takes them longer than expected to respond to inquiries. However, their products are of decent quality and their prices are competitive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
