As a customer of Flo, I must say that their service is average. The app works fine most of the time, but there are occasional glitches that can cause inconvenience. The bikes are generally well-maintained, but sometimes I find them dirty or not charged properly. Overall, I would rate Flo as an average bike-sharing company.
