Velocity is an average company. Their services are not exceptional but at the same time not terrible. I have used their website multiple times and it has been a smooth experience overall. The prices are reasonable and the customer support is helpful. However, there is room for improvement in terms of website navigation and overall user experience. I would rate them as average.
