I have been a customer of The High Road Group, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver what they promise, I have had a few issues with their customer support. It takes a while to get a response from them and sometimes their answers are not very helpful. However, their products are of good quality and they offer a wide range of options for hunters. Overall, I would rate them as average.
