The service from Starsdesigns was average. I expected a better experience. The website looked great, but the overall functionality was lacking. The navigation was confusing and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was a bit lengthy, and I encountered some technical issues along the way. It definitely needs improvement.
